Virgin Atlantic x Ben Eine
As an airline, Virgin Atlantic likes to be the first to do many things and in a collaboration with prolific artist Ben Eine, ‘Gallery in the air’ offered Upper Class passengers the opportunity to view and buy never-seen-before artworks from the comfort of their own seat. Inspired by Eine's favourite cities London and New York, the Heathrow, JFK and Newark Clubhouses became galleries displaying the original canvases to give a true art gallery experience before boarding. The inflight menus doubled as the exhibition catalogues and passengers could watch a behind the scenes film of Eine producing each artwork during their flight.
